Ark organizes the necessary activities to comply with these regulations, implements them, and properly records and files the information. We check that all record keeping and notification activities that must be done are completed. Ark can act as assistant to your environmental health and safety officer, or can act in the capacity as your EH&S officer. In doing so, Ark provides a quarterly report of actions taken during the year, and an annual report suitable for presentation to the Board of Directors of your company.
