Alberta Environment and Water has released the New Professional Declaration form for Reclamation Certificates. The new form will allow for electronic signatures.

AB Announces Increase to Emissions Offset Registry Fees

Alberta Environment announced that, effective May 15, 2011, the fees will increase for serialization of offset credits and the transfer of ownership of offset credits on the Alberta Emissions Offset Registry.

A memo released by the Climate Change Secretariat specifies that the serialization of offset credits will increase from $0.05 per tonne to $0.10 per tonne.
